     TERM OF SERVICES

      1. The buyer shall be located in Thailand only.
      2. The price without authorization letter is not a valid offer. Please contact the undersigned for the letter.
      3. The following elements are excluded in our offer

               - Subcontractor for Erection and commissioning.
               - Any works related to civil.
               - Support structures (MTS include support structure)
               - Terminal connectors for Circuit Breaker - conductor connection unless mentioned in above scope.
               - Voltage Transformer for GIS HV testing (if require)

       4. Drawings provided at tender stage are only indicative and should not be considered as final ones.
       5. Supervision and SF6 Gas is offered in separated item

       6. FAT is offered in seperated item
